New construction being built. Expected to be completed in April 2024. This is the first of many mega projects that I'm involved. After it's completion it will be the tallest building in all of Playa Del Carmen at 7 stories high. It sits right in the heart of Playa Del Carmen on the world famous 5th Ave.
